Registration and Payment
Face to face and Virtual Presentations
- Conference participation fee is for one paper.
- For Turkish participants, an additional fee of 500 TL is required for the second paper.
- For foreign participants, an additional fee of 50 USD is required for the second paper.
- In collaborative works with co-authors, each participant attending the conference is required to pay the registration fee.

Abstract Writing Rules
Please review our sample template. Write the summary in accordance with the Abstract template.

- At least 5 keywords
- ORCID number must be added

Poster Writing Rules
- It should be prepared in 70 cm width x 90 cm length dimensions, vertically and readable from a distance of at least 1 meter.
- A gap of 2.5 cm should be left at the top, bottom, left and right edges.
- Poster name should be written in “Times New Roman” character, 36 points and bold.
- Author Name(s) should be written in “Times New Roman” character, 24 points and bold.
- The address(es) of the author should be written in “Times New Roman” character, 16 points.
- Text titles should be written in “Times New Roman” character, 20 points and bold.
- The text should be written in “Times New Roman” character, 18 points.
- No tables or figures can be used during the poster abstract submission.

Our congresses are compatible with academic incentive, associate criteria.
Speakers from 5 different countries will participate in our congress.
There are many local and foreign academicians in the scientific committee of our congress.
Abstracts and full texts are meticulously reviewed by the referees.
Referee reports are archived
The participation quota from Turkiye is 45%.

Please send your abstract to the address [email protected] at the latest, by the deadline for submission of the abstract. Add your full name, surname, institution information, abstract, ithenticate report, phone number and receipt to your e-mail.
Submit Full Text for Journal Publication
Please send your full text to the address of [email protected] at the latest by the deadline for article submission. Include the name of the journal in which you want to publish your full text, ithenticate report, receipt in your email.
Submit Full Text for Book Publication
Please send your full book chapter to the address of [email protected] by the latest book chapter submission date.
